The Lower East Side Cactus and Succulent Society, herein known as the LESCSS, is a small but active group of xerophile enthusiasts based in and around the Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan, our fair city, New York MDCXXIV. Monthly meetings are held both digitally and IRL and are often varied, sometimes educational, and occasionally Matrix-themed.
This website serves as a catch-all net portal for growers of cacti, succulents, && other freaks of nature both here in NYC and around the world. It is semi-regularly updated with information, links, reading materials and spurious opinion. Please follow our Instagram for more regular updates and visual treats.
